Practical skills and employment opportunities are essential for overcoming poverty and achieving economic independence. Yet many vulnerable youths and adults lack access to vocational training, digital education, and opportunities to earn a sustainable income.
THE CHALLENGE
Unemployment, poverty, and limited access to practical training prevent many vulnerable individuals from achieving financial independence.
Without marketable skills, many young people and disadvantaged adults struggle to secure employment, establish businesses, or support their families.

OUR STRATEGY
We work directly with vulnerable individuals to identify their training needs and provide practical, employment-oriented skills development. Our programmes focus on three key areas:
ICT and Digital Skills
Computer literacy, programming, graphic design, and other employable digital skills.
Solar Installation and Maintenance
Practical training in solar energy systems, installation, electrical safety, and maintenance.
Agricultural Skills and Agribusiness
Training in crop production, livestock management, sustainable farming, food processing, and agricultural entrepreneurship.
We also promote mentorship, entrepreneurship, apprenticeships, and connections to employment opportunities.
